Job Description:
Love working with kids and want a consistent school-year schedule? Alpha Care Clinicians LLC is a therapist-led contract agency based in Indiana and we are growing! We are seeking a qualified SLP/SLPA to provide services in school based settings PreK-12. Responsibilities include conducting evaluations (SLP), providing therapy, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with educational and clinical teams. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Qualifications:
Valid Indiana SLP or SLPA license
CFY or CF eligible (experienced supervision/mentorship provided)
Experience in schools / pediatrics preferred but not required
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Additional Information:
Negotiable Pay based on location and experience – hourly pay requests will be considered:
SLP $60-$75+ per hour
SLPA $40-$45+ per hour
Paid weekly (180 days x 7.5 hours/day) school year schedule
Supportive and fun team culture, therapist friendly environment
Reasonable caseloads shared with other SLP/As
Flexibility/autonomy with option for hybrid schedule
1099 and W2 options
