The Hope Source, a leader in comprehensive treatment and educational services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist or Clinical Fellow to join our multidisciplinary team. Since 2007, we have provided personalized, trauma-informed care through an innovative hybrid ABA/Charter School model in partnership with Dynamic Minds Academy.

Our multidisciplinary team includes clinical psychologists, behavior analysts, speech and occupational therapists, and other professionals who collaborate to support holistic development across social, emotional, and cognitive domains.
Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree: Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Certification: Current CCC certification from ASHA, or current CF Indiana License
- Licensing: Valid license from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional abilities in both written and verbal communication.
- Ethical Standards: Commitment to the highest ethical standards and practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Specialized Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments of speech and language needs in children with ASD, adaptable to outpatient and school-based environments.
- Tailored Treatment Plans: Develop individualized therapy plans and/or IEPs, focusing on client-specific needs.
- Direct Therapy Delivery: Provide impactful speech and language therapy to ASD clients.
- Collaborative Approach: Engage with our multi-disciplinary team to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- Educational Involvement: Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and clinical team discussions.
- Training Role: Educate RBTs and Behavior Guides on speech and language development, offering client-specific guidance.
Position Details:
- Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week), in person, schedules can be adjusted to align with your availability.
- Salary Range: $60,000 – $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
- Billing Quota: 25 hours per week of direct client service.
