Job Description:

Company: Mini Minds

We are looking for two Part Time (with opportunity to grow into FT if desired) Speech Language Therapists to join our multidisciplinary team of other Speech Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists and Mental Health Therapists!

These Part Time (with quick growth to FT if desired) positions would be a combination of serving private practice clients in our Geist office and seeing students at Greenfield-Central Community School Corporation. We are currently partnering with Greenfield to help fill two positions:

  1. Two days per week at an elementary school serving K-3rd grade students, the two choice days are flexible.
  2. Three days per week at an intermediate school serving 4th-6th grade students, the three choice days are flexible.

Additional hours would be provided at our Geist practice, and our Carmel location if truly desired. While working at our Geist and Carmel locations, you would experience the benefit of multidisciplinary collaboration.

All of our Therapists work together to create a culture in our families in which both children and parents actively recognize challenges, seek solutions, welcome change and grow closer. We offer customized services to meet the needs of each child and family using our “whole brain, whole child, whole family” approach.

We are a private pay clinic. Insurance companies have made receiving speech, occupational and mental health therapies increasingly difficult over the last several years. Not only can approvals change at the drop of a hat, but insurance consistently dictates how long and how frequent sessions can occur, leaving families to have to wait for care and lose momentum on progress, many times spending more money out-of-pocket. By adapting our model of service delivery to help families receive the care they need when they need it, we are able to create a plan that works for the family – not the insurance company.

This sets us apart from other clinics as not only can we offer traditional therapy services, but we can also offer multidisciplinary evaluations, co-treats, parent coaching, and services within the home and community if desired.
