Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

The Hope Source, a leader in providing comprehensive treatment and educational services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), is looking for an experienced and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to enhance our dynamic team. Since 2007, our unique hybrid model with Dynamic Minds Academy has been at the forefront of offering holistic, evidence-based therapies and educational services. We pride ourselves on our multidisciplinary approach, ensuring continuity of care and positive, lasting outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to assess speech and language needs in children diagnosed with ASD, applicable to both outpatient and school-based settings.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and/or IEPs for each client.
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to ASD clients.
- Engage in collaborative efforts with our multi-disciplinary team to maintain consistent, high-quality care.
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and clinical team meetings.
- Educate and train RBTs and Behavior Guides on speech and language development, tailoring guidance to specific client needs.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Current CCC certification from ASHA.
- Valid license from Indiana Professional Licensing Agency.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Adherence to high ethical standards and practices.
Position Details:
- Full-time role (40 hours per week).
- Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM.
- Salary Range: $60,000-$90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
- Billing quota: 25 hours per week.
