• Purchase Order Registrations
  Those paying/registering via a purchase order should submit a completed registration form directly to their administration office. Email both the purchase order and the completed registration form to admin@islha.org.

Registrants must be a current ISHA member to register at the member rate.

Cancellations and Refunds

Full refunds (minus a $25 handling fee) will be made only if written cancellation request is received no later than February 26, 2025.
