A research team from the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Purdue University Fort Wayne is recruiting school speech-language pathologists for interviews. The purpose of this study is to better understand the current stuttering practices at schools. Using semi-structured interviews, this study will explore speech-language pathologists’ daily stuttering practice in detail. This study will also explore their confidence and competency levels in working with students who stutter, their experiences and challenges, and the possible reasons that may impact their competence in providing high-quality stuttering services at schools.
