The Easterseals Rehabilitation Center is seeking a full-time Audiologist to join our outpatient team in Evansville, IN. This position will provide diagnostic testing for all ages infant through adult including special needs populations. Audiology candidate would be expected to be comfortable with VRA, conditioned play audiometry, conventional audiometric testing, infant ABR testing, and hearing aid fittings for children and adults. There is also the amazing opportunity to be part of a multidisciplinary team including speech pathology, psychology, physical and occupational therapy on-site. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Administer diagnostic and therapeutic services to clients according to individual needs
- Conduct diagnostic audiological assessments, hearing aid fittings, and verifications
- Be available for consultation with patients, parents, and other staff members to facilitate client care
- Provide input into the establishment of goals and procedures, long-range plans, development of programs and utilization of staff
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
- Education: Masters in Audiology. Doctorate preferred.
- Licensure: Indiana
- Strengths: Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently. Pass a physical, TB test, drug screen, and background checks
