Position Description

What You’ll Do
- Conduct speech therapy evaluations – at the initiation of services and then annually – including highly specialized and standardized assessments – for clients referred to speech therapy and complete required plan of care documentation
- Maintain a caseload of 30 patients
- Provide direct individual therapy sessions according to individual needs
- Maintain current daily notes according to documentation policy and state regulations
- Provide education, support, and training to staff and parents pertaining to questions related to speech therapy and/or diagnostic process
- Supervise speech therapy students and maintain records on students’ supervised
- Provide mentorship and supervision to Clinical Fellows, as able, following state requirements
- Assist with Individualized Educational Plan (IEP) development, if applicable
What you DON’T Have to Do
- Administrative stuff. You’ll benefit from our Administrative Support teams that take care of authorization specializations, scheduling, patient onboarding, credentialing, and recruiting so you can focus on doing what you do best – providing compassionate care!
- Do it all alone. Collaboration and support at every level is crucial to clinical excellence here at Hopebridge. You’ll have support from your Center Manager, our Speech Language Pathology Clinical Specialist, and our Director of Outpatient Therapies.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Current licensed speech therapist and registered with the American Speech Language Hearing Association and licensed in applicable state
- Job related experience within Speech Therapy is required
- Valid Driver’s License & Evidence of Insurability

- Base Compensation Range: $33-$39 an hour (billable/non-billable rate), depending on experience.
