Congratulations to Lindsey Zurawski,

Lindsey works for Lifespan Therapy at Harbour Manor, a skilled nursing facility. She also works at the transitional care unit at Riverview Health in Noblesville. Her favorite population is “working as a medical SLP with adults and geriatrics. I love helping my patients communicate and swallow safely. I am passionate about patient and family education. I love helping families understand their loved one’s communication as it relates to dementia and other communication disorders. I enjoy working with my patients who have dysphagia as we work towards the goal of enjoying eating and swallowing again safely. ” Lindsey has been a member of the Indiana Speech-Language Hearing Association since 2010.
Lindsey’s favorite benefit of being an ISHLA member: “I always look forward to and enjoy our annual convention. It is such a great time to reconnect with past mentors, professors, classmates, and colleagues. I appreciate the time our ISHA officers take to keep me up to date on all the legislative information and how they work to give SLPs a voice at the state level. I like the way ISHA keeps me connected to the profession and allows me to have a voice in the laws that impact our field. I would encourage every SLP in Indiana to join ISHA to give our profession a voice at the legislative level and to help us to continue to provide great services to our patients, clients and students.”
Thank you Lindsey for being an ISHLA Member!
