    The Indiana Institute for Behavior Analysis (TIIBA) is a faith-based agency that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy in the central Indiana region. TIIBA offers high quality ABA programming, family-focused treatment, a supportive clinical team and a fun work environment! TIIBA is hiring a full time Speech Language Pathologist as part of our program expansion to provide families with a comprehensive treatment program. CFs are welcome to apply!

    The Speech-Language Pathologist must be reliable, self-directed, cheerful, organized and a team-player. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for the following:

    • Evaluating and diagnosing speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders
    • Developing plans to treat speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders
    • Providing individual or group therapy sessions
    • Completing progress notes from therapy sessions
    • Communicating with parents and treatment team members on therapy progress and treatment plan
    • Collecting data on treatment goals and preparing progress reports
    • Ordering treatment materials and needed supplies to implement treatment goals
    • Consulting with a team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) on communication goals and treatment targets
    • Attend trainings, meetings, in-services and continuing education events
    • Participate in research studies

    The Speech Language Pathologist should possess strong oral and written communication skills, be proficient and skilled at using Microsoft Office; able to operate a phone system, fax, office equipment; use a computer and email; possess a professional attitude and appearance; use good judgment.


    Hold a Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program

    Be licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required in the State of IN

    Hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) OR be eligible to begin a clinical fellowship (CFY).
